Lsc Antibody (F-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Lsc protein of mouse and rat origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Lsc (F-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Lsc protein, also known as RhoGEF p115, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling by acting as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) specifically for Rho family GTPases. This function is vital as Lsc regulates various cellular processes, including cytoskeletal dynamics, cell migration, and proliferation. Lsc activation of Rho GTPases is essential for maintaining proper cellular architecture and responding to extracellular signals. Dysregulation of Lsc and associated pathways can lead to various diseases, including cancer, highlighting the importance of studying Lsc in both basic and translational research.
