LRP Antibody (1014) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects LRP protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP). LRP (1014) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. LRP protein, also known as major vault protein (MVP), plays a critical role in the development of multidrug resistance (MDR) in tumor cells, which is a significant challenge in cancer treatment.
