SEE ALSO...

LMO4 Antibody (4H8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects LMO4 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). LMO4 (4H8) antibody is available as the non-conjugated form. LMO4 protein plays a crucial role in the development and differentiation of various cell types, particularly in the central nervous system and immune system. LMO4 is involved in the regulation of gene expression through interaction with other proteins, such as nuclear LIM interactor (NLI), which facilitates the formation of transcriptional regulatory complexes. This interaction is vital for maintaining proper cellular phenotype and function, especially in T cells and neural crest cells, where LMO4 is prominently expressed. LMO4 presence in these cells underscores its importance in processes such as T cell maturation and neural development, making LMO4 a significant target for research in developmental biology and immunology. Using anti-LMO4 antibody (4H8) in your experiments can provide insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying these critical biological processes.

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with LMO4 (4H8): sc-293440 monoclonal antibody?

Asked by: TinTin
We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins (m-IgGλ) conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. A complete list of available binding proteins is available on our website here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/browse/support-products-mouse-igg-binding-proteins/_/N-ecrety
