    SEE ALSO...

LIMP III Antibody (5A-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects LIMP III protein of mouse and rat origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). Anti-LIMP III antibody (5A-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. LIMP III plays a crucial role in the lysosomal membrane, where LIMP III is involved in maintaining lysosomal integrity and function. LIMP III is essential for proper trafficking of lysosomal enzymes and substrates, which are vital for cellular waste management and recycling processes. LIMP III localization within lysosomes ensures effective degradation and recycling of cellular components, preventing accumulation of damaged or unnecessary proteins. Additionally, lysosomal integral membrane proteins, including LIMP III, serve as critical markers for lysosomes, making LIMP III invaluable for microscopy studies, cellular fractionation validation, and research focused on protein trafficking through the secretory pathway. LIMP III (5A-9) monoclonal antibody enables researchers to gain insights into lysosomal function and its implications in various cellular processes and diseases.
