LEMD2 Antibody (H-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 77-98 of LEMD2 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). LEMD2 monoclonal antibody (H-12) is available as the non-conjugated anti-LEMD2 antibody form. LEMD2, also known as LEM domain containing 2 or NET25, is a 503 amino acid multi-pass membrane protein located in the nuclear inner membrane, where LEMD2 plays a crucial role in the organization of nuclear structure. LEMD2 is ubiquitously expressed and contains one LEM domain, which is essential for maintaining the integrity of the nuclear envelope and facilitating interactions with chromatin and other nuclear components.
