LEF-1 Antibody (B-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects LEF-1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-LEF-1 antibody (B-6) is available in both non-conjugated and multiple conjugated forms, such as agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and various Alexa Fluor® conjugates. LEF-1, a member of the TCF (T cell factor) family of transcription factors, plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression during development, particularly in lymphoid and neuronal cells. LEF-1 is characterized by a high mobility group (HMG) box, which enables DNA-binding capability.
