LACC1 Antibody (E-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects LACC1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). LACC1 (E-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. LACC1 protein, consisting of 430 amino acids, plays a significant role in regulating cellular processes, particularly in cancer biology. LACC1 is encoded by a gene located on chromosome 13, which houses several key tumor suppressor genes, including BRCA2 and RB1.
