La/SSB Antibody (312B) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects La/SSB protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. Anti-La/SSB antibody (312B) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. La/SSB protein, an autoimmune RNA-binding protein, is crucial for regulating RNA polymerase III transcription, which is essential for synthesizing small RNAs, including tRNA and 5S rRNA.
