L-type Ca++ CP α1S Antibody (G-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects L-type Ca++ CP α1S in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). L-type Ca++ CP α1S (G-1) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. L-type calcium channel, which includes the α1S subunit, mediates calcium entry into excitable cells in response to membrane depolarization, playing a vital role in muscle contraction, hormone release, and neurotransmitter secretion.
