    SEE ALSO...

KIR2DS4 Antibody (5F2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects KIR2DS4 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Anti-KIR2DS4 antibody (5F2) is available as a non-conjugated format, specifically designed to facilitate the study of this important protein. KIR2DS4 plays a crucial role in the immune response, functioning as an activating receptor that enhances the cytotoxic activity of natural killer (NK) cells. KIR2DS4 recognizes specific ligands, including HLA-Cw4 protein, which is vital for the immune system′s ability to distinguish between healthy and infected or malignant cells. The interaction between KIR2DS4 and its ligands is essential for the regulation of NK cell activity, influencing immune surveillance against tumors and viral infections. Understanding the dynamics of KIR2DS4 and its signaling pathways can provide insights into therapeutic strategies for enhancing anti-tumor immunity and improving outcomes in cancer treatment.
