KIR2DS4 Antibody (5F2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects KIR2DS4 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Anti-KIR2DS4 antibody (5F2) is available as a non-conjugated format, specifically designed to facilitate the study of this important protein. KIR2DS4 plays a crucial role in the immune response, functioning as an activating receptor that enhances the cytotoxic activity of natural killer (NK) cells. KIR2DS4 recognizes specific ligands, including HLA-Cw4 protein, which is vital for the immune system′s ability to distinguish between healthy and infected or malignant cells.
