KAI 1 Antibody (G-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects KAI 1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). KAI 1 (G-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. KAI 1 protein, also known as CD82, belongs to the transmembrane 4 superfamily (TM4SF), consisting of glycoproteins that traverse the cell membrane four times. KAI 1 (G-10) monoclonal antibody targets a protein that plays a crucial role in regulating cell signaling pathways influencing cell proliferation, differentiation, and motility, making KAI 1 significant in cancer biology.
