Junctophilin-1 Antibody (2E6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Junctophilin-1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Junctophilin-1 antibody (2E6) is available as a non-conjugated format. Junctophilin-1 plays a crucial role in forming junctional complexes between the plasma membrane and the endoplasmic or sarcoplasmic reticulum, which are essential for proper functioning of excitable cells, particularly in skeletal muscle.
