ISG15 Antibody (3E5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects ISG15 of human origin by western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Anti-ISG15 antibody (3E5) is available as the non-conjugated form. ISG15 monoclonal antibody (3E5) was raised against a recombinant protein corresponding to amino acids 1-157 of ISG15 of human origin. The interferon-induced 15 kDa protein (ISG15) plays a crucial role in the immune response by functioning similarly to ubiquitin, conjugating to various intracellular target proteins, including JAK1 and MAPK3/ERK1, through a unique enzymatic pathway distinct from ubiquitin.
