IRF-3 Antibody (D-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody designed to recognize the Interferon Regulatory Factor 3 (IRF-3) protein with exceptional precision. IRF-3 monoclonal antibody (D-3) targets a unique epitope mapping between amino acids 389-427 near the C-terminus of human IRF-3, ensuring robust detection across mouse, rat, and human samples using western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) applications.
