Integrin β3 Antibody (D-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects Integrin β3 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Integrin β3 (D-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Integrin β3 is a crucial component of integrin receptors, which are heterodimers formed by the noncovalent association of alpha and beta subunits. Integrin β3 mediates cell adhesion and signaling by interacting with ligands in the extracellular matrix, such as fibronectin and collagen, as well as soluble ligands like fibrinogen.
