Thank you for your question. Integrin β3 Antibody (BV4): sc-52685 was raised against full-length Integrin β3 from endothelial cells of human origin (protein accession P05106). No epitope mapping has been performed for this antibody yet, so the exact epitope region of the antibody on its target protein is not known.

Can Integrin β3 (BV4): sc-52685 monoclonal antibody be used in IF or IHC with mouse tissue or cells? Will there be non-specific staining?

Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent, Integrin β3 (BV4): sc-52685 is available in a variety of direct conjugations, such as HRP, PE, FITC and AlexaFluors.
