Integrin αX Antibody (KB90) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Integrin αX in human samples through applications such as immunofluorescence (IF) and flow cytometry (FCM). Integrin αX is a type 1 transmembrane protein that plays a crucial role in the immune system by forming a leukocyte-specific integrin when combined with the β2 chain, known as the inactivated-C3b receptor 4 (CR4). Anti-Integrin αX antibody (KB90) recognizes a protein essential for mediating the adherence of neutrophils and monocytes to activated endothelial cells, as well as facilitating the phagocytosis of complement-coated particles, which is vital for the clearance of pathogens and debris from the body.
