Integrin αM Antibody (OX42) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody designed to detect Integrin αM, also known as CD11b, ITGAM, Mac-1 α subunit, and complement component receptor-3 α. Anti-Integrin αM antibody (OX42) is raised against peritoneal macrophages of rat origin and exhibits strong reactivity with Integrin αM from both mouse and rat species, making it a versatile tool for various applications including immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and flow cytometry (FCM).
