INO80B Antibody (E-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects INO80B of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-INO80B antibody (E-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. INO80B, also known as ZNHIT4, PAPA1, or HMGA1L4, is a crucial component of the INO80 chromatin remodeling complex and plays a significant role in regulating gene expression and cell cycle progression. INO80B is localized to the nucleolus, where INO80B is highly expressed in the testis and functions to induce growth arrest by halting the cell cycle at the G1 phase. This regulation is vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and preventing uncontrolled cell proliferation, which can lead to tumorigenesis. INO80B′s expression is tightly controlled at the transcriptional level, peaking during the G0 and G1 phases of the cell cycle, and INO80B interacts with PAP-1, a splicing factor, suggesting INO80B′s involvement in nucleolar complexes that regulate ribosome biogenesis and cell cycle events. INO80B′s ability to modulate these critical processes underscores INO80B′s importance in cellular function and potential implications in cancer biology.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for Western blot, but not IFBought this a few months ago for IF, but discovered it had high background and localized to the nucleoli in four prostate cancer cell lines. The western blots with this antibody were excellent though.
