IL-9R Antibody (F-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects IL-9R protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IL-9R (F-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The interleukin-9 receptor (IL-9R) plays a crucial role in mediating the effects of interleukin-9, a cytokine essential for the growth and differentiation of various immune cells, including helper T cells and mast cells. IL-9R is primarily located on the surface of these immune cells, which is significant because IL-9R expression is critical for the responsiveness of these cells to IL-9, thereby influencing immune responses and hematopoiesis. Notably, murine IL-9R has been identified on a T cell clone, and both murine and human IL-9R cDNAs have been successfully isolated from specific cell lines, providing insights into the receptor′s structure and function. Furthermore, the complete genomic DNA of human IL-9R has been characterized, revealing that IL-9R gene comprises 10 exons spanning approximately 13.7 kb of DNA, which is vital for understanding its regulation and potential implications in various diseases.
