IL-8RA Antibody (B-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects IL-8RA of human and hamster origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IL-8RA monoclonal antibody (B-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. IL-8RA plays a crucial role in mediating inflammatory responses, functioning as a high-affinity receptor for interleukin-8 (IL-8), which is a potent chemotactic factor for neutrophils.
