    SEE ALSO...

IL-2Rβ Antibody (TM-β1) is a rat monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects IL-2Rβ in mouse samples through applications such as immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and flow cytometry (FCM). IL-2Rβ, also known as the interleukin-2 receptor beta chain, plays a crucial role in the immune response by forming part of the high-affinity receptor complex for interleukin-2 (IL-2), a key cytokine involved in T cell proliferation and differentiation. The presence of IL-2Rβ is essential for the activation of signaling pathways that promote T cell growth and survival, making IL-2Rβ a vital component in the regulation of immune responses. Notably, IL-2Rβ interacts with the common gamma chain (γc) and the alpha chain (IL-2Rα), which together enhance the receptor′s affinity for IL-2, thereby amplifying the signaling cascade that leads to T cell activation. Understanding the function and interactions of IL-2Rβ is important for developing therapeutic strategies targeting immune-related diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancers. IL-2Rβ monoclonal antibody (TM-β1) is an invaluable tool for researchers studying these pathways and their implications in health and disease.

How can IL-2Rβ (TM- β1): sc-19583 mouse monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

    Asked by: Professor Griffin
In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This antibody is available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-19583 PE) or fluoroscein (sc-19583 FITC).
