Datasheets
  • IL-26 Antibody (LL07) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b IL-26 antibody provided at 50 µg/0.5 ml
  • raised against full-length recombinant IL-26 of human origin
  • recommended for detection of IL-26 of human origin by WB, IP and ELISA; non cross-reactive with IL-10
  • m-IgG2b BP-HRP is the preferred secondary detection reagent for IL-26 Antibody (LL07) for WB applications. This reagent is now offered in a bundle with IL-26 Antibody (LL07) (see ordering information below).

    SEE ALSO...

IL-26 Antibody (LL07) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects IL-26 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-IL-26 antibody (LL07) is available as a non-conjugated format. IL-26, a member of the interleukin family, plays a crucial role in immune response, particularly in regulating inflammation and activating T cells. IL-26 is primarily secreted by activated T cells and has been implicated in various inflammatory diseases, making IL-26 an important target for therapeutic intervention. IL-26 interacts with specific receptors on target cells, leading to the activation of signaling pathways that promote pro-inflammatory cytokine expression. Understanding IL-26 function and interactions is vital for developing strategies to modulate immune responses in conditions such as autoimmune diseases and chronic inflammation.
