IL-2 Antibody (B-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects interleukin-2 (IL-2) in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IL-2 plays a crucial role in the immune response by promoting the proliferation and differentiation of T cells, particularly activated T helper and cytotoxic T cells, which are essential for effective immune defense against pathogens.
