IL-15Rα Antibody (G-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects IL-15R alpha protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IL-15Rα (G-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. IL-15R alpha protein plays a crucial role in the immune system by serving as a receptor for interleukin-15, a cytokine essential for T cell and natural killer (NK) cell proliferation and activation.
