IL-13Rα1 Antibody (D-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects IL-13R alpha 1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IL-13Rα1 (D-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. IL-13R alpha 1 plays a pivotal role in mediating the effects of the Th2 cytokine Interleukin-13 (IL-13), which is crucial for regulating immune responses, particularly in allergic reactions and asthma.
