IL-10Rβ Antibody (E-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects IL-10Rβ in mouse samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IL-10Rβ plays a crucial role in the immune response by forming a heterodimeric receptor with IL-10Rα, which is essential for mediating the anti-inflammatory effects of interleukin-10 (IL-10). This receptor complex is vital for regulating immune responses, particularly in the context of inflammation and autoimmunity, as IL-10Rβ helps to inhibit the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines. IL-10Rβ expression is widespread, being found in various immune cells, including natural killer (NK) cells, where IL-10Rβ enhances cytokine production upon IL-10 binding.
