IL-10Rα Antibody (A-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects IL-10R alpha protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IL-10Rα (A-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. IL-10R plays a crucial role in immune regulation by mediating the anti-inflammatory effects of interleukin-10, a cytokine vital for controlling immune responses and preventing excessive inflammation. IL-10R is primarily located on the surface of immune cells such as B cells and T helper cells, as well as in LPS-induced mouse fibroblasts, enabling modulation of immune responses during infections and inflammatory conditions.
