    SEE ALSO...

IκB-ε Antibody (F-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects IκB-ε in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IκB-ε plays a crucial role in regulating the NF-kB signaling pathway, which is essential for controlling immune responses, cell proliferation, and survival. IκB-ε is primarily located in the cytoplasm, where IκB-ε binds to the RelA and c-Rel subunits of NF-kB, preventing their translocation to the nucleus and thereby inhibiting the expression of target genes involved in inflammation and immune responses. Proper functioning of IκB-ε is vital, as dysregulation can lead to various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. Additionally, IκB-ε undergoes post-translational modifications, such as phosphorylation, which can influence stability and interaction with NF-kB complexes, further emphasizing importance in cellular signaling and homeostasis. Anti-IκB-ε antibody (F-9) is an invaluable tool for researchers studying the intricate mechanisms of NF-kB regulation and its implications in health and disease.
