HSP 60 Antibody (B-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects HSP 60 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-HSP 60 antibody (B-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Heat shock protein 60 (HSP 60) plays a crucial role in the mitochondrial matrix, where HSP 60 assists in the proper folding and assembly of newly synthesized proteins, ensuring their functionality and stability.
