HNRPLL Antibody (E-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein L-like (HNRPLL) in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). HNRPLL is a crucial nuclear protein composed of 542 amino acids, known for RNA processing and regulation. HNRPLL shares 69% amino acid homology with hnRNP L, which modulates alternative splicing mechanisms of pre-mRNAs, influencing gene expression and cellular function. Three RNA-regulating motif (RRF) domains within HNRPLL enable RNA binding, facilitating interaction with BAT1, an RNA-dependent ATPase essential for ATP hydrolysis during pre-mRNA splicing. This interaction ensures proper mRNA processing, critical for synthesizing proteins that drive various cellular processes. HNRPLL is widely expressed across multiple human tissues, including pancreas, lung, kidney, placenta, heart, skeletal muscle, and bone marrow stromal cells, and exists in four isoforms generated through alternative splicing, further underscoring functional diversity and importance in cellular regulation.
