HMCES Antibody (B-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects HMCES protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-HMCES antibody (B-2) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. HMCES protein, also known as 5-hydroxymethylcytosine (hmC) binding, ES cell-specific, or by alternative names DC12, SRAPD1, and C3orf37, consists of 354 amino acids and is part of the SOS response-associated peptidase family, encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 3q21.3.
