HLA-DR/DP Antibody (HL-38) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody engineered to target the β-chain of HLA-DR and HLA-DP proteins, also known as Human Leukocyte Antigen DR and DP or MHC class II DR and DP. These proteins are essential components of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II molecules, which play a critical role in the immune system by presenting processed antigenic peptides to CD4+ T helper cells, thereby initiating and regulating adaptive immune responses crucial for pathogen defense and immune surveillance.
