    SEE ALSO...

HLA-DP Antibody (G-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody designed to target the HLA-DP protein, a crucial component of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II molecules. The HLA-DP protein, also known as Human Leukocyte Antigen DP, consists of alpha (DPA) and beta (DPB) chains that form a heterodimer essential for presenting antigenic peptides to CD4+ T helper cells, thereby playing a vital role in the immune response. Anti-HLA-DP antibody (G-9) specifically binds to an epitope mapped between amino acids 69-102 of the HLA-DP protein, ensuring high specificity and affinity. This structural recognition is important as it allows for precise detection and interaction studies involving HLA-DP, as well as related proteins such as HLA-DR, HLA-DQ, and their mouse and rat homologs. HLA-DP (G-9) antibody is versatile in its applications, effectively functioning in western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) across multiple species, including humans, mice, rats, and bovines. Additionally, HLA-DP monoclonal antibody (G-9) is available in various conjugated forms, including horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® variants, facilitating diverse experimental needs. The detailed understanding of HLA-DP′s structure provided by anti-HLA-DP antibody (G-9) is essential for research in immunogenetics, autoimmune diseases, and transplant biology, where HLA-DP polymorphisms and interactions significantly impact disease susceptibility and immune compatibility. By offering robust and reliable performance, HLA-DP (G-9) monoclonal antibody supports advanced studies aimed at unraveling the complexities of immune regulation and enhancing therapeutic strategies.
