HLA class I Antibody (HP-1F7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody, specifically engineered to recognize and bind to human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I proteins, also known as major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecules. These HLA class I proteins are integral to the immune system, residing on the surface of nearly all nucleated cells where they present endogenous peptide antigens to cytotoxic T lymphocytes.
