SEE ALSO...

Histone H10 Antibody (34) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Histone H10 in mouse, rat, human, bovine, and Xenopus samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and flow cytometry (FCM). Anti-Histone H10 antibody (34) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Histone H10, a member of the H1 family of linker histones, plays a crucial role in chromatin structure and function by interacting with linker DNA between nucleosomes, facilitating DNA compaction into higher-order chromatin. Histone H10 is expressed in cells undergoing terminal differentiation or those with low rates of division, distinguishing this protein from other somatic H1 histones typically found in proliferating cells. Histone H10 is derived from the intronless gene H1F0, located on chromosome 22q13.1 in humans, and is widely expressed across various tissues in most vertebrates, highlighting an essential role in cellular processes. Post-translational modifications of Histone H10, such as methylation, acetylation, and phosphorylation, can significantly influence gene expression and chromatin dynamics, making Histone H10 (34) monoclonal antibody vital for understanding epigenetic regulation and cellular differentiation.
