HES3 Antibody (B-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects HES3 protein of mouse and rat origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-HES3 antibody (B-12) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. HES3, a member of the HES gene family, plays a crucial role in the regulation of neurogenesis and myogenesis, functioning as a transcriptional repressor within the Notch signaling pathway. HES3 is expressed exclusively in cerebellar Purkinje cells, highlighting HES3′s importance in the development and function of the central nervous system.
