HDGFRP3 Antibody (G-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects HDGFRP3 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). HDGFRP3 (G-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. HDGFRP3, also known as hepatoma-derived growth factor-related protein 3 or HRP-3, is a 203 amino acid nuclear protein that belongs to the HDGF family and features a PWWP domain. HDGFRP3 plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in promoting cell proliferation and enhancing DNA synthesis, which is vital for tissue repair and regeneration. HDGFRP3 is also implicated in the regulation of radioresistance, influencing cellular response to radiation and chemotherapy through reactive oxygen species-dependent activation of p53. HDGFRP3 is involved in neurite outgrowth in cortical neurons, highlighting HDGFRP3′s importance in neurodevelopment and recovery following injury. HDGFRP3 gene is located on human chromosome 15 and is conserved across several species, including mouse, rat, chimpanzee, cow, and dog, underscoring HDGFRP3′s evolutionary significance and potential as a therapeutic target in various diseases.
