Hda1 Antibody (E-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Hda1 protein of Saccharomyces cerevisiae origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Hda1 antibody (E-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Hda1 plays a crucial role in gene expression regulation through histone deacetylase function, removing acetyl groups from histones, leading to compact chromatin structure and transcriptional repression. This process maintains cellular homeostasis and responds to environmental changes by influencing DNA accessibility to transcription factors and regulatory proteins.
