GSK-3β Antibody (1V001) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a that specifically detects glycogen synthase kinase 3 beta (GSK-3β) in human, rat, and Xenopus samples via western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). GSK-3β, also called GSK3, GSK-3, and GSK-3beta, is a serine/threonine kinase involved in key signaling pathways that regulate cellular processes such as glycogen metabolism, cell proliferation, and apoptosis.
