    SEE ALSO...

GRTP1 Antibody (G-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects GRTP1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GRTP1 (G-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. GRTP1 protein, also known as Growth hormone-regulated TBC protein 1, plays a significant role in cellular processes, particularly in cell cycle regulation and mitosis coordination due to GTPase-activating protein function. GRTP1 is primarily expressed in testis, where levels increase notably after puberty, indicating potential involvement in germ cell development and function. GRTP1′s TBC1 domain is highly conserved and essential for activity, as GRTP1 interacts with small GTPases to modulate signaling pathways critical for cell growth and differentiation. Additionally, GRTP1 has two isoforms resulting from alternative splicing, which may contribute to functional diversity in various tissues. Anti-GRTP1 antibody (G-6)′s ability to effectively detect GRTP1 across multiple species makes this product a valuable tool for researchers studying growth hormone signaling and implications in developmental biology and related disorders.
