GRB7 Antibody (A-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects GRB7 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GRB7 (A-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. GRB7 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in growth factor receptor interactions. GRB7 contains a single SH2 domain at its C-terminal, which is essential for binding to phosphorylated tyrosine residues on activated receptors, thereby facilitating downstream signaling events that regulate cell proliferation and survival.
