GRB10 Antibody (C-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects GRB10 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-GRB10 antibody (C-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. GRB10 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in growth factor receptor interactions. GRB10 interacts with several receptor tyrosine kinases, which are essential for mediating cellular responses to growth factors.
