    SEE ALSO...

GRAMD3 Antibody (G-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects GRAMD3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-GRAMD3 antibody (G-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. GRAMD3, consisting of 432 amino acids and characterized by a single GRAM domain, plays a crucial role in cellular processes such as membrane trafficking and apoptosis regulation. GRAMD3 localization within the endoplasmic reticulum is particularly significant, as GRAMD3 is involved in the regulation of lipid metabolism and the response to cellular stress. Dysregulation of GRAMD3 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting GRAMD3′s importance as a potential therapeutic target. GRAMD3 gene is located on human chromosome 5q23.2, a region associated with several genetic disorders, including Cockayne syndrome and familial adenomatous polyposis, underscoring GRAMD3′s relevance in both health and disease.

What blocking solution should I use with GRAMD3 (G-10): sc-515266 monoclonal antibody for Western blot?

    Asked by: jerojero
Thank you for your question. We recommend blocking with Blotto (either TBS Blotto A: sc-2333 or TBS Blotto B: sc-2335). Our Western blot protocol can be found here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/western-immuno-blotting
