    SEE ALSO...

GLIPR1L2 Antibody (B-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects GLIPR1L2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GLIPR1L2 (B-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. GLIPR1L2, a member of the glioma pathogenesis-related 1 family, plays a crucial role in cellular processes such as immunity and cell adhesion, which are vital for maintaining tissue integrity and responding to pathological conditions. This 344 amino acid single-pass membrane protein is predominantly expressed in the testis, with additional expression in the prostate, kidney, bladder, lung, and bone marrow, highlighting its potential significance in reproductive health and other physiological functions. Notably, GLIPR1L2 exists as six isoforms due to alternative splicing, which may contribute to its functional diversity and regulatory mechanisms in various biological contexts.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-514645 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: Randy McDonald
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
