Gemin3 Antibody (D-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Gemin3 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Gemin3, also known as DP103, DDX20, and DEAD-box protein DP130, is a crucial component of the survival of motor neuron (SMN) complex, which is essential for the assembly of spliceosomal small nuclear ribonucleoproteins (snRNPs) in the cytoplasm and for pre-mRNA splicing in the nucleus.
