GC kinase Antibody (A-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects GC kinase in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-GC kinase antibody (A-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. GC kinase, originally cloned from germinal center B lymphocytes, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling by phosphorylating specific substrates such as casein and myelin basic protein, which is essential for the activation of the SAPK/JNK kinase cascade.
