GBP2 Antibody (G-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects GBP2 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GBP2 (G-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. GBP2 plays a crucial role in immune response, particularly in antiviral defense mechanism, by functioning as a GTP-binding protein with high-turnover GTPase activity.
