    SEE ALSO...

Gβ 4 Antibody (F-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects G beta 4 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-G beta 4 antibody (F-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. G beta 4 protein plays a crucial role in heterotrimeric G protein function, essential for transmitting signals from cell surface receptors to intracellular effectors. G beta 4 protein participates in various physiological processes, including sensory perception, immune responses, and neurotransmission. G beta 4 (F-3) monoclonal antibody targets a subunit known to interact with specific G protein alpha subunits and certain receptors, modulating their activity and influencing downstream signaling pathways. This regulatory function maintains cellular homeostasis and responds to external stimuli. G beta 4 protein′s ability to bind and regulate G protein alpha subunits makes G beta 4 (F-3) antibody an invaluable tool for studying G protein signaling mechanisms in various biological contexts.
