    GAP1-InsP4 BP Antibody (H-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects GAP1-InsP4 BP in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GAP1-InsP4 BP, also known as Ras p21 protein activator (GTPase-activating protein) 3, is an 829-amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in cellular signaling by binding phospholipids in both calcium-dependent and -independent manners. GAP1-InsP4 BP (H-6) antibody targets a member of the Ras GTPase-activating protein family, which includes four distinct genes: GAP1(m), GAP1-InsP4 BP, MRASAL, and KIAA0538. The structure of GAP1-InsP4 BP is characterized by an N-terminal tandem C2 domain, a GAP-related domain, and a C-terminal pleckstrin homology (PH) domain, with the PH domain being particularly important for membrane targeting as GAP1-InsP4 BP binds specific phospholipids. Following the stimulation of phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate production, GAP1-InsP4 BP selectively interacts with inositol phosphates, facilitating their localization to the plasma membrane, which is vital for the regulation of various signaling pathways. GAP1-InsP4 BP (H-6) monoclonal antibody serves as an essential tool for researchers studying the intricate mechanisms of cellular signaling and the role of inositol phosphates in health and disease.
